Work in Progress Wednesday

Remember last Wednesday when I blogged about these?

Well, in the space of one week, they have become this:

Ready for trimming and binding!

The blocks are very addictive, and once I got started, I just couldn't stop!

The pattern to make this quilt (in multiple sizes) is available in both my Etsy and Craftsy shops.

Here's my latest WIP:

The fabric is from the Shelburne Falls collection by Denyse Schmidt. Yes, there is more triangle trimming on the horizon!

Work-in-Progress Wednesday

In honor of work-in-progress Wednesday, I pulled this project out last night:

These are scrappy star blocks made from various Bonnie and Camille collections (the background fabric is the pale grey dot from the Ruby collection).

I'm looking forward to working on this one again, even though it means a lot of tedious triangle trimming!

I also sewed together these coin strips while working on a custom order project. I'm thinking of using an aqua solid for the background -- maybe one of the new Hawthorne Threads solids?
